Diego Alberto Milito (born 12 June 1979 in Bernal, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine footballer who currently plays as a striker for FC Internazionale Milano. He also plays for the Argentine national team.[2] A prolific and consistent center-forward, Milito has statistically averaged just over a goal every two appearances, over the course of his 10 year professional career. The highlight of Diego’s career so far has been scoring the two vital goals for Inter against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League final, on the 22nd May 2010 in the 2-0 victory. Diego is married to Sofia and they have two children. He has a younger brother named Gabriel who is also a footballer, currently playing for Spanish club Barcelona.
