On October 6, 1997, prior to the Alice Cooper band “Rock Legends” reunion show at Area 51 on October 12, Glen Buxton, Michael Bruce, and Neal Smith and Richie Scarlet (“Frehley’s Comet”,”Sebastian Bach”,”Mountain”) attended a record convention at the Medallion Hotel in Houston. Their appearance there was their first joint appearance in over 23 years as the Coopers met fans, posed for photographs, signed autographs and had a general ball. Glen especially had a great time and this video which recently surfaced compliments of Rayburn Hance offers a window into the fun we were having in the days before the tragic events of October 19, 1997. RIP Glen Buxton and congratuations on your induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
